Any necessary repairs will be made without charge during the warranty period. Warranties are void if the product has been abused, physically damaged, or if repair work has been attempted by unauthorized service personnel. The customer?s warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an AUTHORIZED DEALER. For no-charge warranty work, the customer MUST provide ?proof-of-purchase? (dated sales receipt). All Tri-Tronics products are shipped with an Owner?s Registration card and customers should register as soon as possible.

Shipping:

Items usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Tracking information will be provided to you once item ships from the warehouse. We ship worldwide and have Euro power adapters available - please ask for details.

Returns/Exchanges:

? We must obtain return authorization prior to shipping the product back to the plant. Failure to obtain this authorization increases the lead time for the repair - please contact us BEFORE returning item.

? The Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be marked on the outside of the box. Failure to do so increases the lead time for the repair.
