We are proud to be an AUTHORIZED Tri-Tronics dealer. What this means to you is that you get the full support, product registration and warranty coverage of Tri-Tronics Corporation on any product we sell. Beware of sellers that do not advertise this as you will be up the creek without a paddle if something happens. We highly recommend that you register your product when received. A note about MAP pricing - We sell all products at the absolute minimum allowed by Tri-Tronics. Anyone doing otherwise is not only violating the terms of their contract, but possibly hurting you if warranty coverage is needed.
WARRANTY:
Tri-Tronics guarantees the workmanship and materials of all its products
Any necessary repairs will be made without charge during the warranty period. Warranties are void if the product has been abused, physically damaged, or if repair work has been attempted by unauthorized service personnel. The customer’s warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an AUTHORIZED DEALER. For no-charge warranty work, the customer MUST provide “proof-of-purchase” (dated sales receipt). All Tri-Tronics products are shipped with an Owner’s Registration card and customers should register as soon as possible.
CURRENT PRODUCT LINE
All Field, Pro, Sport & ViceBreaker Series Remote Trainers are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase. Pro Control, Accessory Beeper and Bark Limiter are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase.
Shipping:
Items usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Tracking information will be provided to you once item ships from the warehouse. We currently DO NOT ship outside of the USA - please don't ask for exceptions.
Returns/Exchanges:
· We must obtain return authorization prior to shipping the product back to the plant. Failure to obtain this authorization increases the lead time for the repair - please contact us BEFORE returning item.
· The Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be marked on the outside of the box. Failure to do so increases the lead time for the repair.
· Tri-Tronics will accept and issue credit for the product purchase price (not including S&H) for the following merchandise:
-Used merchandise returned under the terms of the Tri-Tronics “30-day money-back guarantee” offer will be accepted for credit or replacement merchandise at Tri-Tronics discretion. Proof of resale date and return date, to include customer’s name, address and phone number, is required.
- Replacement batteries and battery packs are not returnable after 30 days past the sale date
-A credit memo will be issued upon completion of the inventory and the inspection of all approved returned products. Any missing components will be identified and the dealer so notified before the credit is issued. Credit total will be less the cost of missing items.
