Shipping: Most shipments go out by UPS/FEDEX and INCLUDE tracking info. We will ship this to AK and HI - $8 surcharge is added for extra postage.
Exchange policy: If item is defective or damaged in transit and exchange will be offered at no cost to customer(except return postage).
Refund policy: Items are brand new. An exchange will be the first course of action. Only in extreme cases will a refund be given. Shipping charges are not refundable
