Returns:
All products offered here are brand new with manufacturers' warranties. We are dedicated to making sure your purchase is a great experience. If a problem arises, we need to know immediately so we can rectify the situation as fast as possible. All of our items come with an exchange policy for a new item. Simply let us know what is going on so we can issue a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We cannot be responsible for return shipping charges, however, as we have to pay for the product to be shipped back to you - we're certain you will feel this is fair. If you require a refund, we will refund original purchase price only (no S/H charges will be refunded) and will process your refund as soon as the item is received, processed and refunded back to us from the manufacturer.

We use SSL encryption so you can be certain your information is secure. We also accept PayPal - Homewares, LLC is a subsidiary of DiLuzio Construction, Inc. and this will be seen on the PayPal payment page(just like PayPal is an eBay company). We just want to make you aware in case you wonder why that comes up. We will also accept your personal check or money order if you are wary of entering your personal information online.
